Guidelines exist to preserve the integrity of the community and ensure that the overall appearance remains in accordance with the by-laws and covenants.

Dear Ashworth Homeowners - A lot of complaints have been received lately regarding homeowners not picking up after their dogs. If you own a dog it is your responsibility to clean up after it. Not doing so is in violation of the governing documents and is a health hazard and may subject you to being fined. Most homeowners recognize the offending dogs and know who the owners are so they are likely to report the offenders. Another problem that runs in conjunction with the above is homeowners letting their dogs and cats run free with no leash. Again, as a pet owner it is your responsibility to properly restrain your pets when they are anywhere other than inside your home or a fenced in back yard. Please restrain your dogs, clean up after them and do not let them defecate in your neighbor’s yard. I’ve also received complaints about homeowners and their guests speeding through the streets of Ashworth. Please slow down and obey the posted speed limit signs. Ashworth is a family neighborhood with narrow streets and it is no place for speeders.

Thank you for your cooperation.

The Ashworth Homeowners Association

Welcome to the official site of the Ashworth Homeowners Association!

Ashworth

Ashworth is a residential community located in the heart of Dunwoody Georgia (circa 2000).

The development is a sophisticated blend of single-family homes and luxury townhouses. There are two housing communities:

Ashworth Heights
Ashworth Preserve

and two townhouse communities:

Ashworth Place
Ashworth Manor

Ashworth has all of the charm of a small town community with stately landscaping, gas-lamp sidewalks, and friendly neighbors. The community is conveniently located less than two miles from Ashford Dunwoody and I-285. Prime shopping outlets such as Perimeter Mall and "The Shops at Dunwoody" are easily within walking distance. The surrounding Dunwoody/Perimeter area provides Ashworth residents with an abundance of dining and shopping alternatives.

The Ashworth community is also located in Dekalb school district 8, home to two of Georgia's leading elementary schools, Austin and Vanderlin.
